Cookie policy

Cookies are small text files a website saves on your phone or computer. This page lists the ones our website uses and how you stay in control of them.
Our cookie card
When you first visit, a small card in the corner of the page asks for your choice. It has three buttons: Accept, Reject and Settings. Settings lets you switch on Analytics (Google Analytics) and Embedded maps and booking (Google Maps and Calendly) one by one, then Save.
Nothing optional runs until you press Accept or switch it on in Settings. Your choice is kept for 180 days in a cookie called sla_consent.
The cookies and services we use
Live chat, the booking calendar and the map
Our Chat button does not load anything until you press it. Then Crisp, our live chat service, loads because you asked for it, and sets its own cookies to keep the conversation going as you move around the site.
The booking calendar (Calendly) loads only when you open Book a free call. The live Google map loads only when you press Show live map, or by itself if you accepted embedded maps.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies, for everyone.
Google Analytics 4 runs only after you press Accept or switch on Analytics in Settings. Until then, Google Consent Mode tells Google that all storage is denied. If you reject analytics later, we switch it off and delete the Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_ followed by an ID). We do not use Google Ads, and advertising storage always stays denied.
Changing your mind
Use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page to change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the site may not work properly.
