Questions people in Hendon ask us

I am on site at Colindale Gardens. Can you claim back my CIS?

If more was taken than you owe, yes. Colindale Gardens has 2,888 homes built and more on the way, so plenty of subcontractors there work across several tax years. We sort the statements year by year and claim each one.

Has Colindale station fully reopened?

The new ticket hall opened on 22/12/2025 and is step free, and TfL expected the last works, such as toilets, signs and cycle parking, to be done by mid 2026.

Is there a parking zone in Colindale?

Yes, zone CL2, which had Everett and Little Strand added in a notice dated 4/5/2026. Barnet's permit prices also changed on 1/1/2026, so a builders permit for one named vehicle is now £409.48 for a year.

Do you cover West Hendon?

Yes. West Hendon shares the NW9 postcode with Colindale, and we cover both, along with Hendon's NW4.

Is Hendon in the ULEZ?

Yes, like the rest of London. A van that does not meet the standard pays £12.50 for each day it is driven in the zone.
